In early 2010, Rich Reinecke and Keith Middleton join forces with entrepreneur Karen Adams and the Fahrenheit Group. Rich Reinecke, founder of Career Quest, a successful Richmond based staffing and recruiting firm, leads the group’s accounting and financial recruiting and personnel efforts while Keith Middleton, a certified public accountant and former corporate controller and a division CFO at a Fortune 500, oversees the consulting services.
