Benefits
Benefits are an integral and valuable part of Fahrenheit’s employee package. We offer a benefits package that can be custom tailored to meet the needs of all our employees. Employees are eligible to enroll in all benefits, including our 401(K) plan, during their first month of employment. Benefits are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Health Insurance
Our plan covers inpatient and outpatient services for you and your dependents and includes prescription drug coverage without a deductible. Our current provider is Anthem and we have a variety of plan options through them.
Dental Insurance
We offer two dental plans. One covers basic, preventive services and the other is a higher tier option that includes orthodontic coverage. Our current provider is Anthem Dental.
Vision Insurance
Our health insurance plan covers basic vision. Additionally, we offer a supplemental vision plan through Spectera that covers glasses, contact lenses, and additional eye exams.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
We offer short-term disability insurance to all employees. This can be utilized on the 15th day of disability. The benefit is a weekly amount based on annual compensation. These benefits remain in effect until the 90th day of disability. Our current provider for disability is Anthem Life.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
We offer long-term disability insurance to all employees. Long-term disability begins on the 90th day of disability. Anthem Life currently provides our coverage.
Life Insurance
We offer basic life insurance to all employees. Anthem Life currently provides our coverage.
Supplemental Life Insurance
We offer supplemental life insurance coverage to employees, spouses, and children. Anthem Life currently provides our coverage.
401(K) Plan
Fahrenheit offers a 401(K) plan that all employees are eligible to participate in effective on their start date.
Flexible Spending Plan
Fahrenheit offers a dependent care, medical, and private premium flexible spending plan to all employees. The plan is administered by TASC.
